ANALOG DEVICES LT8608SIV#TRMPBF DC-DC Switching Synchronous Buck Regulator, Adjustable, 3V to 42V in, LQFN-EP-12

LT8608SIV#TRMPBF is a compact, high-efficiency, high-speed synchronous monolithic step-down switching regulator that consumes only 1.7µA of quiescent current. Capable of delivering 1.5A of continuous current, the LT8608S features top and bottom power switches along with all necessary circuitry to minimize the need for external components. Its low ripple Burst Mode operation enables high efficiency even at very low output currents while keeping the output ripple below 10mV. With a SYNC pin for synchronization to an external clock or spread spectrum modulation of switching frequencies for low EMI operation, the LT8608S offers versatile performance. Internal compensation with peak current mode topology allows the use of small inductors, resulting in fast transient response and good loop stability. Applications include general purpose step down, low EMI step down.

• Minimum on-time is 35ns typical at (ILOAD = 1A, TA = 25°C)
• Oscillator frequency is 200KHz typical at (RFSET = 221K, ILOAD = 0.5A)
• Top power NMOS on-resistance is 260mohm typical at (ILOAD = 0.5A, TA = 25°C)
• SW leakage current is 5µA maximum at (VIN = 36V, VSW = 0V, 36V, TA = 25°C)
• EN/UV pin current is ±20nA maximum at (TA = 25°C)
• TR/SS source current is 2.7µA typical at (TA = 25°C)
• Top power NMOS current limit is 2.9A typical at (TA = 25°C)
• Operating junction temperature range from -40°C to 125°C, 12-lead LQFN package
