Return Process

Log in to your Tanotis account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to submit a return request within 7 days of delivery.
- 2.Verification
Our technical support team will review your request and may ask for photos or videos to verify the functional defect or physical damage.
- 3.Packaging and Pickup
Once approved, securely pack the item in its original box with all accessories and manuals; we will then schedule a courier pickup from your location.
- 4.Refund Processing
After the item arrives at our warehouse and passes quality inspection, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
