The UA78M05IDCY is a fixed output, three terminal positive voltage regulator in 4 pin SOT-223 package. This integrated circuit voltage regulator is designed for wide range of applications. The internal current limiting and thermal shut down features of UA78M05IDCY regulator essentially make this immune to overload.
