Product Overview

LTC2323HUFD-16#PBF is a low noise, high-speed dual 16bit successive approximation register (SAR) ADC with differential inputs and a wide input common mode range. Operating from a single 3.3V or 5V supply, the LTC2323-16 has an 8VP-P differential input range, making it ideal for applications that require a wide dynamic range with high common mode rejection. The LTC2323-16 achieves ±4LSB INL typical, no missing codes at 16 bits and 81dB SNR. The LTC2323-16 has an onboard low drift (20ppm/°C max) 2.048V or 4.096V temperature-compensated reference. The LTC2323-16 also has a high-speed SPI-compatible serial interface that supports CMOS or LVDS. The fast 5Msps per channel throughput with one-cycle latency makes the LTC2323-16 ideally suited for a wide variety of high-speed applications. It is used in applications such as high speed data acquisition systems, communications, remote data acquisition, imaging, optical networking, automotive, multiphase motor control.

  • Guaranteed 16bit, no missing codes, guaranteed operation to 125°C
  • 1.8V to 2.5V I/O voltages, CMOS or LVDS SPI-compatible serial I/O
  • 8VP-P differential inputs with wide input common mode range
  • Integral linearity error is ±4LSB typ, transition noise is 1.5LSBRMS typ at (TA = 25°C)
  • Differential linearity error is ±0.4LSB typ, aperture jitter is 1psRMS typ at (TA = 25°C)
  • Signal-to-noise ratio is 81dB typ at (fIN = 2.2MHz, VREFOUT1,2 = 4.096V, internal reference)
  • Total harmonic distortion is -87dB typ at (fIN = 2.2MHz, VREFOUT1,2 = 4.096V, internal reference)
  • �3dB input linear bandwidth is 10MHz typ at (TA = 25°C)
