The GF1G-E3/5CA is a surface-mount Glass-passivated Junction Rectifier with moulded epoxy over glass body and matte tin plated solderable leads. The cathode end is denoted by coloured band. It is suitable for use in general-purpose rectification of power supplies, inverters, converters and freewheeling diodes.
