SPC58EC80E3QMC1X is a SPC58 C line - 32bit power architecture automotive MCU. It introduces new features coupled with higher throughput to provide a substantial reduction of cost per feature and significant power and performance improvement (MIPS per mW). It features dual phase-locked loops with a stable clock domain for peripherals and FM modulation domain for the computational shell. The 4224KB (4096KB code flash + 128KB data flash) on-chip flash memory supports read during program and erase operations, and multiple blocks allowing EEPROM emulation.
