Texas Instruments UA78M05CKVURG3 Linear Voltage Regulator 7805 Fixed 7V To 25V In 5V And 0.5A Out TO-252-3

The UA78M05CKVURG3 is a 3-pin 500mA Fixed 5V Positive Voltage Regulator designed for a wide range of applications. These applications include on-card regulation for elimination of noise and distribution problems associated with single-point regulation. This regulator can deliver up to 500mA of output current. The internal current-limiting and thermal-shutdown features of this regulator essentially make them immune to overload. In addition to use as fixed-voltage regulators, this device can be used with external components to obtain adjustable output voltages and current and also can be used as the power-pass element in precision regulator.
