The CD4052BE is a differential, four channel, CMOS analogue multiplexer/demultiplexer with logic level conversion in 16 pin DIP package. It is digitally controlled analogue switch having low ON impedance and very low OFF leakage current. This multiplexer circuit dissipate extremely low quiescent power over full VDD - VSS and VDD - VEE supply voltage ranges which is independent of logic state of control signals.
  • 4:1 multiplexer configuration
  • Wide range of digital and analogue signal levels (digital: 3V to 20V, analogue : <= 20 VP-P)
  • Low on-resistance is typically 125ohm over 15V peak to peak voltage
  • Binary address decoding on chip
  • 5V, 10V and 15V parametric ratings
  • 100% tested for quiescent current at 20V
  • Maximum input current of 1?A at 18V over full temperature range and 100nA at 18V and 25?C
  • Break before make switching eliminates channel overlap
  • Supply voltage range from 5V to 18V
  • Operating temperature range from -55?C to 125?C
