SURGEX SX-AEP-209 Overview
The SurgeX SX-AEP-209 Switched IP-Controllable Surge-Protected PDU is an AC power distribution unit with power conditioning, control, and monitoring, which is designed to mount into a rack unit. On the front, there are two NEMA 5-20R outlets and six NEMA 5-15R outlets, with one additional NEMA 5-15R outlet on the back. All nine total receptacles are grounded and switched.
The SX-AEP-209 is capable of remote control, enabled by the RJ45 port, micro-USB port, serial port, or contact closure connections. This device has a load rating of 16A at 120 volts and withstands up to 1000 occurrences of surge pulse voltages up to 6000V. The SurgeX Advanced Series Mode technology is completely non-sacrificial. The zero let-through technology provides the most reliable protection available.
