Product Overview

STM32C071CBU6 is a general-purpose, Arm® based 32bit microcontroller. It offers a high level of integration, this is suitable for a wide range of applications in consumer, industrial and appliance domains and ready for the Internet of Things (IoT) solutions. The optimized dynamic consumption combined with power-saving modes allows the design of low-power applications. The Cortex-M0+ processor is built on a highly area- and power-optimized 32bit core, with a 2-stage pipeline Von Neumann architecture. The MPU is especially helpful for applications where some critical or certified code has to be protected against the misbehaviour of other tasks. It is usually managed by an RTOS (real-time operating system). The memory protection unit (MPU) is used to manage CPU accesses to memory to prevent one task accidentally corrupting the memory or resources used by any other active task.

  • Voltage range: 2.0V to 3.6V, separate I/O supply pin (1.65V to 3.6V)
  • Power-on / power-down reset (POR/PDR), programmable brownout reset (BOR)
  • Low-power modes: sleep, stop, standby, shutdown
  • 4 to 48MHz crystal oscillator, 32kHz crystal oscillator with calibration
  • Internal 48MHz RC oscillator (±1%), internal 32kHz RC oscillator (±5%)
  • Internal 48MHz RC oscillator with clock recovery system
  • USB 2.0 FS device (crystal-less) and host controller
