Fantastic cable, makes long HDMI runs easy.
This optical HDMI cable is such a nice addition to my workflow, and I can see me using it in many situations. I often do presentations, and this allows me to send a video signal a long way to a display. I also tested it with a video camera to our small switcher. Now I can have the camera a very long distance from the switcher. And I can do so very easily and reliably. This was not easy to do with the limitations of regular HDMI cables. I did not notice any increase in latency when using this 130-foot cable as opposed to a regular HDMI cable, which is fantastic. The build quality of this optical HDMI cable is also excellent. The materials feel good and strong yet still very flexible. It feels like a very expensive and well-made cable, and the connectors feel like good quality too. The connections seemed secure and fit well. I think this cable will last a long time. Overall, I'm very impressed with this cable and know it will make long HDMI runs very easy, which is both helpful and appreciated. [I have received this product in exchange for my honest review]
Great solution for my store display!
I'm using this HDMI cable for an 80 foot run from the source (computer / to a TV monitor to be placed in store front glass window display. The cool thing about it, besides the very long run, I didn't notice any loss in quality despite its a 100 cable. I guess it's because it's an optical HDMI. Before anything, first, I connected the cable while still rolled from the box a few feet away between sources just to see what I was getting before I unrolled it to the final setup. Picture looks great, even on regular HD. I don't have 8K sources but seeing in 4K, everything looked as it should. Colors and resolution. Don't forget that this cable only accepts ONE direction, and it's printed as a reference on each extremes of the cable. One and says "source". The other, "destination" (your TV or monitor). Also, this cable, not only accepts 90 degree turns, is very flexible and perfect thinness which allowed me to easily tuck it in the wall baseboard. Was a breeze to complete the project!!! I didn't even need to spend extra money buying channels to hide the cable. [I have received this product in exchange for my honest review]
I really needed a long HDMI Cable for gaming
I have a racing simulator and run iRacing from my gaming laptop but my HDMI cables were too short to get the laptop in the right position so that I can access it while in the simulator. This cable is perfect and very fast. It's shielded nicely and built well and I highly recommend it! [i received this product in exchange for my honest opinion]
