Mitakon Zhongyi Speedmaster 90mm f/1.5 Overview
The Speedmaster 90mm f/1.5 Lens for Nikon Z from Mitakon Zhongyi is a full-frame medium telephoto portrait lens designed to produce distortion-free images and to provide great depth of field control. The lens can achieve creamy bokeh at maximum aperture, and the 9-blade round iris allows you to get round highlights. The lens maintains consistency from edge to edge.
Featuring two extra-low dispersion elements, the Speedmaster 90mm f/1.5 reduces color fringing and chromatic aberrations. The color rendering is also vividly close to what the human eye sees. Bright/dark transitions in the image are reproduced almost completely free of color artifacts. Chromatic aberration is corrected and minimized with elements of special glass with anomalous partial dispersion. It's too minimal to be visible. The 27° angle of view provides an ideal perspective for portraits, avoiding the compression effects visible in longer lenses.
