intellijel QUADVCA-3U Overview
Take control of your signals with the intellijel Quad VCA, a quad voltage-controlled amplifier and cascaded mixer in Eurorack format. Each of the four VCAs has independent level control, bipolar CV inputs with attenuators and LED indicators, adjustable linear/exponential response, and a +6 dB boost switch to double the channel output. Each channel's CV inputs and outputs are cascaded to the next, so you can create submixes. The module includes a power ribbon cable and a set of mounting screws.
At a Glance
- Manual LEVEL control per VCA, which is convenient when using the module as a mixer or for biasing CV when modulating the VCA with a bipolar LFO.
- Dedicated CV attenuators with dual-color LEDs for monitoring bipolar CV signals.
- Continuously adjustable response from linear to exponential per VCA.
- Each CV input is normaled to the adjacent one for cascaded control.
- Each output is normaled to the mix input of the adjacent one which allows you to use adjacent sets as submixes or the fourth output can be used as a main mix output when none of the other outputs are patched.
- Each VCA has a boost switch that increases the output level by approximately 6 dB (double).
