BZBGear BG-UDA Overview
Extend your transmission of HDMI UHD 4K60 video signals up to 393' using the 1x8 UHD 4K 18 Gb/s HDMI-over-HDBaseT Splitter/Distribution Amplifier from BZBGear. The kit includes a transmitter/splitter, eight receivers, one power supply, and surface mounting hardware to fit these compact units easily into your A/V environment in a classroom, conference room, or event space.
The transmitter inputs a single HDMI video source up to UHD 4K60 from a computer, Blu-ray, camera, or other HDMI sources, and it splits and sends up to eight simultaneous video signals via HDBaseT over Cat 7/6/6a cable up to 393' to each receiver. If transmitting up to 1080p60 video resolution, you can send the signal up to 492' over Cat 7/6/6a. The splitter also features an HDMI loop output for a local display, and it can de-embed audio to analog output for speakers. Each receiver also features analog audio output. The system supports RS-232 serial control, and it passes through IR remote control from the source to all destinations, so you can extend IR controls to each destination display. IR blasters and receiver cables are included for each unit.
The splitter features a power supply and provides power to the eight receivers using Power-over-HDBaseT, so you don't need additional power supplies. The extender system supports advanced EDID management and HDCP 1.4/2.2. The front of the units feature LED status indicators for power, test, and link, and all the connectors are on the back.
